Privacy Policy

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how Pro Clean & Fix LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and retains information obtained through the website located at pro-clean-fix.com (the "Site"). This Policy applies solely to information collected through the Site. It does not apply to information collected offline, by telephone, or in the course of performing services under a separate written agreement.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide. The Site contains a request form through which you may voluntarily submit your name and telephone number for the purpose of requesting a service estimate (the "Estimate Request"). Submission of an Estimate Request is optional.
2.2 Information collected automatically. When an Estimate Request is submitted, the Site records the date and time of submission and the page from which the request was made. The Site does not use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, analytics services, advertising identifiers, or session-recording tools, and does not collect device identifiers, precise geolocation, or browsing history.
2.3 Information we do not collect. The Site does not request or collect payment card information, government identification numbers, or any category of sensitive personal information.
3. Purpose of Collection
Information submitted through an Estimate Request is collected and used for the sole purpose of responding to that request, including contacting you by telephone or text message to discuss and schedule an estimate. We do not use information collected through the Site for marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties
4.1 Service providers. Estimate Requests are transmitted to, and stored in, systems operated by Google LLC ("Google") on our behalf, specifically Google Sheets and Gmail or Google Workspace. Google processes this information as a service provider under the terms of its own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.
4.2 Legal requirements. We may disclose information where required to do so by applicable law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
4.3 No sale of personal information. We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise exchange personal information collected through the Site for monetary or other valuable consideration, and have not done so in the preceding twelve months.
5. Telephone and Text Message Communications
By submitting an Estimate Request, you consent to being contacted at the telephone number provided, by voice call and by text message, regarding your request. Message and data rates may apply. Such communications are transactional in nature and are limited to your request. You may withdraw this consent at any time by informing us during a call, by replying "STOP" to any text message, or by contacting us as set forth in Section 10.
6. Retention
We retain Estimate Request information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, to perform any services you subsequently engage us to perform, and to maintain business records, and thereafter as required by applicable law. Upon written request, we will delete your information from our active records except where retention is required by law or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
7. Your Rights and Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us as set forth in Section 10. We will respond to verifiable requests within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law. Use of the Estimate Request form is voluntary; you may contact us by telephone instead, in which case no information is collected through the Site.
8. Security
The Site is served exclusively over HTTPS, and information submitted through the Estimate Request form is encrypted in transit. Stored information is protected by the access controls of the Google services described in Section 4.1. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
The Site is directed to businesses and to adults seeking cleaning and maintenance services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of eighteen. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will delete it.

11. Third-Party Websites
The Site may contain links to websites operated by third parties. This Policy does not apply to those websites, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
12. Nevada Residents
This Policy is intended to satisfy the notice requirements of Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A. As stated in Section 4.3, we do not sell covered information. Nevada residents may nevertheless submit a verified request directing us not to sell their covered information by contacting us as set forth in Section 10.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Policy from time to time. The effective date of the current version appears at the top of this page. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to information collected under a prior version without notice.
